Data used for free will be automatically deleted after a maximum of 30 days. Data from paid plans will not be deleted and can be checked from your history at any time.

Can it transcribe vertical Japanese text?
Yes, it supports image OCR and PDF text extraction, so it can be used for vertical Japanese documents. Accuracy may vary depending on the quality of the original image and the condition of the text.
Can I review transcribed data later?
Yes. Data processed after free registration or while logged in can be viewed from the history. It can also be used for copying, downloading, creating subtitle files, and generating summaries and meeting minutes.
Does it support long audio or large files?
For eligible files, it supports uploads up to 1GB and 5 hours. Available time varies by plan.
