Reason 1: Transcription gets stuck in "processing" due to timing or other issues

When you upload a file and start transcription, sometimes the transcription request communication gets stalled for some reason, and the transcription gets stuck in "processing".

If it's stuck in "processing," your available transcription time will not be consumed.

This error is less likely to occur with image files but more common with long audio files.

If "processing" continues for more than twice the duration of the uploaded file, please try "Try transcribing again."

If your account is in this state and transcription hasn't completed even after twice the audio file's duration (2 hours in this case) has passed, it's an error.

When you open the history, a "Retry" button will appear.

Alternatively, clicking "Edit" for the target file will display a "Try transcribing again" button.

Click either of these to attempt transcription.

You can resubmit the transcription request without re-uploading the file or consuming additional transcription time.

Deleting the erroneous file will release the "processing" time that was locked.

※Please note that deleting a file after the renewal date will not restore the locked time. Avoid performing this action across renewal dates.

If an error occurs,

2. If it still fails, delete it
