Payment Timing for Paid Plans

Paid plans are monthly recurring subscriptions.

"When is the payment for the monthly plan?"

"Is it better to subscribe at the beginning of the month, or is there a recommended time to subscribe?"

Mojiokoshi-san's monthly plans are billed every 30 days.

• Whether it's the beginning of the month,
• the middle of the month, or
• the end of the month,

No matter when you subscribe, payment will be automatically processed 30 days after that date.

Therefore, there's no need to wait for a specific timing to subscribe.

If you want to use it, that moment is the best time to subscribe.

If You Only Want to Use It for One Month

If you only wish to use it for one month (24 hours, 60 hours, or 120 hours), follow these steps:

1. Purchase your desired plan from the pricing page.
2. Cancel before the next renewal date.

By following these steps, you can use Mojiokoshi-san for one month (24 hours, 60 hours, or 120 hours).

Mojiokoshi-san has no minimum contract period or cancellation fees.

You can cancel at any time. You can also re-subscribe at any time.

About Plan Changes

There are times when you might find yourself using more than expected with a monthly plan and wish to change your plan.

For plan changes, you will need to cancel your current plan first, and then subscribe to a new plan.

Example: Basic Plan → Cancel from settings page → Subscribe to Value Plan from purchase page

Free Plan (no need to cancel or withdraw) → Purchase desired plan from purchase page

To cancel, log in to Mojiokoshi-san, go to Settings → and click "Cancel" at the bottom of the page.

One important point to note is that when changing plans, your current remaining transcription time and page count will not carry over to the new plan.

The moment you re-subscribe to a new plan, your transcription time and page count will reset to the new plan's limits.

Example: Basic Plan (24 hours/month, 500 pages) → Value Plan (60 hours/month, 1200 pages)

1 hour remaining with 10 days until the next renewal, then changed to the Value Plan.

→ The Value Plan is applied, the remaining balance becomes 20 hours, and the next payment is 30 days after the initial payment.

This is how it works.

Therefore, if you want to change from a paid plan to another paid plan, the best times are:

• The day before your next payment is due
• When you have used up all your available transcription time and pages

These are the recommended timings for plan changes.

The benefit of changing from a free plan to a paid plan is the same regardless of when you subscribe.

• If you cancel your paid plan, you will become a free member.
• When you cancel your paid plan, Mojikoshi-san will not bill you for future usage fees.
• After canceling your paid plan, you can continue to use the remaining transcription time/pages purchased with the paid plan until the next renewal date.
• Transcription history created while on a paid plan will also be automatically deleted 30 days after becoming a free member.
• Deleted history cannot be restored.
