How to Use the Delete Function

The delete function in Mojiokoshi-san can be accessed from your history.

When you view your history, you'll see six items to the right of the transcribed text:

1. Date
2. Check/Edit
3. Text
4. Subtitles
5. Image
6. Delete

Check/Edit: You can check the transcribed image and edit the transcribed text.

Text: You can download the transcribed text as a text file.

Subtitles: You can download the transcribed text as a text file.

Image: You can download the image used for transcription.

Delete: This will delete this text and the uploaded audio/video/image from your history and the server.

Click Delete

The transcription content will be displayed.

Click the red "Delete" button on the right.

This will delete the text and the uploaded audio, video, and images from your history and the server.

The delete option is displayed for all transcriptions, and you can delete each one individually.

How to Use the Bulk Delete Function

If you wish to delete all your transcriptions at once, please use the bulk delete function.

The bulk delete function is located at the bottom of the history page.

You can perform a bulk delete by clicking the red button that says:

Delete all text, images, and audio files from history

Similar to the individual delete function, this will delete all transcribed text and uploaded audio, video, and images from your history and the server.

Two Important Considerations for the Delete Function

There are two important points to note regarding the delete function:

1. It does not affect the available character count.
2. Data cannot be recovered because it is completely deleted from the server.

Even if you use the delete function to remove past text, images, and audio data from your history, your available image count or audio minutes will not be increased (or restored).

Delete 15 images from history

Data Retention Period on the Server Varies by Plan

Audio and transcribed text data are stored on our server for the following periods:

• Non-members: 1 day
• Free members: 30 days
• Paid members: Until the member deletes their history themselves

After these periods, the data is automatically deleted.

The delete function is available to free and paid members.

The AI engine is designed not to retain logs. Therefore, we cannot view your images, audio, video, or text from the AI engine side.
