How to Cancel Your Mojikoshi-san Paid Plan

This guide provides step-by-step instructions with images on how to cancel your paid subscription plan for Mojiokoshi-san.

Payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through PayPal are subject to automatic recurring billing.

You cannot cancel only the automatic renewal. If you do not wish to continue, please proceed with the cancellation process.

Even if you only want to use the service for a single period, please proceed with the cancellation process.

※※Important Notes on Cancellation※※

• Canceling your paid plan will revert your membership to a free account.
• After canceling your paid plan, Mojiokoshi-san will not bill you for future usage fees.
• After canceling your paid plan, you can still use any remaining transcription time/pages purchased with your paid plan until the next renewal date.
• Transcription history created while on a paid plan will be automatically deleted 30 days after you become a free member.
• Deleted history cannot be recovered.

If you wish to cancel your Mojiokoshi-san paid plan, you can do so by following the steps below from the settings screen.

How to Cancel Your Mojiokoshi-san Paid Plan

1. Access the Settings Page

3. To cancel, enter your reason for cancellation and click "Send."

Clicking "Send" will complete the cancellation process.

What Happens When You Cancel Mojiokoshi-san?

After cancellation,

Current Plan: 〇〇 (Canceled)

will be displayed. 〇〇 will show the name of the plan you were subscribed to.

Once the cancellation is complete, you can rest assured that there will be no further charges.

Even after canceling, your current remaining transcription time/pages will be maintained until the next renewal date.

On the next renewal date, your plan will revert to the free plan's transcription time (10 minutes/day) and pages (10/day).

Additionally, when updated to the free plan, the maximum transcription time per file will be 1 minute.

After canceling your paid plan, you will be able to proceed with withdrawing from Mojiokoshi-san.

Even if you still have remaining transcription time/pages, you can withdraw and delete your account, but any remaining time/pages will no longer be usable.

Once you withdraw, your account cannot be reactivated.
