What to Do When Billed After Cancelling Moziooshi-san

If this is the case, please check these three things first:
- Did you have multiple Mojiokoshi-san accounts?
- Did you cancel very close to the renewal date, and is there a payment discrepancy?
- Is the charge actually from Mojiokoshi-san?
Let's explain each in detail.
1. Did you have multiple Mojiokoshi-san accounts?
This is the most common reason for "being charged despite canceling."


You might think this, but...
In most cases, you actually had multiple Mojiokoshi-san accounts.
- A@mail (Free account)
- B@mail (Account with a paid plan)
Let's say this is the case. When we receive an inquiry and investigate, we often find that:
- You thought you canceled A@mail (free account), but you actually withdrew from the service.
- You had B@mail (account with a paid plan) but forgot about its existence.
Please check if you have multiple accounts.
To avoid such confusion, Mojiokoshi-san asks users to refrain from owning multiple accounts (free account + paid account).
If you create multiple accounts to hold multiple paid accounts, please manage your accounts carefully.
- *Holding multiple free accounts is prohibited.
- *Holding multiple paid accounts is allowed.
2. Did you cancel very close to the renewal date, and is there a payment discrepancy?
Mojiokoshi-san charges for the next 30 days of service on the renewal date.
Even if the charge occurs exactly at 12:00 on the renewal date, there might be a time lag of several hours for the credit card payment notification to appear.
If you do not wish to renew on the next renewal date, please cancel before that date.
After cancellation, you can continue to use the contracted plan until the next renewal date.
We do not recommend canceling very close to the renewal date, as there is a possibility that the next payment may still be processed.
3. Is the charge actually from Mojiokoshi-san?
You might see a charge of around 1000 to 3000 yen on your credit card statement and think, "This must be for Mojiokoshi-san!"
However, upon investigation, it sometimes turns out that the charge is not actually from Mojiokoshi3.
On your credit card statement, the charge may appear under names such as:
ST*Mojiokoshi3
Mojiokoshi3 also sends invoices via Stripe.
Please check the billing information on your invoice.

How to Cancel Mojiokoshi3
You can cancel your Mojiokoshi3 subscription at any time during your contract period.
Credit and debit card payments are recurring subscriptions with automatic renewal. It is not possible to cancel only the automatic renewal. If you do not wish to continue, please proceed with the cancellation process.
After canceling, if you mistakenly proceed with the account deletion process, you will no longer be able to log in after deletion. Please be careful not to accidentally delete your account.
Cancellation is possible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- After logging in, go to Settings.
- Click "Cancel".
- If you wish to cancel, enter your reason for cancellation and click "Send".
