You can use Mojiokoshi-san for free, but if you want to use it more extensively, you can increase your usage by paying a fee.

There are two payment methods available for Mojiokoshi-san:

1. Credit/Debit Card or LINK Payment
2. Direct Bank Transfer

Therefore, for such users, we have prepared:

Bank transfers can be used by anyone, regardless of whether they are an individual, corporation, or school.

Regarding Bank Transfers for Mojiokoshi-san Payments

Please note that there are a few important points regarding bank transfer payments for Mojiokoshi-san as we begin operations:

• Mojiokoshi-san's bank transfer option only supports annual payments.
• There are no special discounts for annual payments.
• Refunds are not possible for mid-term cancellations.
• Plan changes are not accepted mid-term.

Please carefully consider which plan you wish to use before proceeding.

For annual contracts, 12 months' worth of audio + image credits will be added at once.

Example: Basic Plan: 1 year's worth of audio (48 hours) will be added immediately after payment confirmation.

If your account's audio time or image credits run out, you can pay for another year's worth, and the credits will be replenished for one year from the date of your payment.

The annual prices are as follows:

• Basic Plan: 1000 yen × 12 months = 12000 yen
  Annual Audio: 288 hours
  Image Credits: 6000 images
• Value Plan: 2000 yen × 12 months = 24000 yen
  Annual Audio: 720 hours
  Image Credits: 14400 images
• Premium Plan: 3000 yen × 12 months = 36000 yen
  Annual Audio: 1440 hours
  Image Credits: 36000 images

If you wish to sign an annual contract via bank transfer, please follow steps 1, 2, and 3 to contact us.

1. Register for a free Mojiokoshi-san account
2. From Mojiokoshi-san's settings, you can issue an invoice under "Payment → Annual Bank Payment".
3. Please confirm the invoice details and transfer the invoiced amount to the specified account.
   * Invoice issuance is only available when the display language is Japanese.
   * Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
   * If you have a monthly contract, please cancel it before making the bank transfer.
     If you remain under contract, a double payment will occur.

After confirming the transfer, the plan will generally be activated within 24 hours.

If the username and the remitter's name differ, we cannot confirm the payment. Please be sure to inform us via inquiry.

*If you are in a hurry, we can activate the plan even before the payment is received if you inform us of the approximate payment date.
In that case, please issue an invoice and then contact us via inquiry.

After your plan is activated, you can download your receipt from the invoice issuance history.

Regarding Mojiokoshi-san Receipts

All invoices and receipts comply with the qualified invoice system (Invoice System).

  After payment confirmation and plan activation, you can download your receipt from the invoice issuance history.

We will process the payment for the receipt issuance fee, and once completed, we will attach the receipt via email.
