Mojiokoshi-san uses AI for transcription. Our team constantly adjusts the AI to ensure it transcribes effectively.

Sometimes, during these adjustments, a "bug" might be introduced, causing Mojiokoshi-san to malfunction.

Please report any such:

As a thank you for reporting, we offer free audio transcription time or image transcription credits.

*Please note: Data for error verification is only supported for Japanese.
If you report in other languages, detailed verification may not be possible.

Approved Error Reports

If your Mojiokoshi-san error report is approved, your account will be credited with:

• Audio/Video Transcription: 1 hour (valid until next renewal date)
  OR
• Image Transcription: 100 images (valid until next renewal date)

How to Report an Error

Reporting an error is very simple:

1. Log in to Mojiokoshi-san
2. Go to Settings → Report List
3. From Report List → Click Report

This will open a report form where you can enter details.

There are two types of errors you can report:

1. Reports related to transcription quality
2. Reports regarding typos or incorrect wording on the website or blog

Payment-related error reports cannot be approved.
*If your available transcription characters are not reflected after 5 minutes, please contact us via inquiry. We will manually apply your plan within 24 hours.

Reporting Transcription-Related Issues

To report issues with the transcription system itself:

Go to History → Click on the relevant history item → Click the "Report Transcription Error" link.

When reporting, please fill in the following fields:

• Approximate time of occurrence:
• Language:
• Recognition engine (Google, AmiVoice):
• Is the error still occurring now:
• File download URL:
  *Download URL of the file that could not be uploaded/transcribed

For the file download URL, please use services like:

Upload your file and attach a URL that our team can use to download it. We cannot investigate without the file attached.

Reporting Typos or Incorrect Wording on the Website or Blog

When reporting typos or incorrect wording on the website or blog, please fill in the following fields:

• Proposed correction:

Please describe the "Section that needs correction" and "Proposed correction" clearly so our team can easily understand them at a glance.

Bad Example

Reports like the bad example, where the specific part cannot be identified, cannot be approved.

• File has significant background noise, making speech difficult to recognize
• Discrepancy between the reported file and the file sent
• Image file but contains no text
• User deleted transcription results or files during error report verification
• Error reports related to purchases/payments (for payment issues, please contact us directly via inquiry) etc.
