How to Easily Issue Invoices & Quotes with Mojikoshi-san! Bank Transfer Supported | AI Transcription Service - Mr. Transcription

Mojiokoshi3 offers an annual contract payment method via direct bank transfer.

You can easily issue invoices and quotations from Mojiokoshi3's settings page.

How to Issue Quotations and Invoices with Mojiokoshi3

Issuing quotations and invoices with Mojiokoshi3 is very simple.

  1. Sign up for a free account with Mojiokoshi3.
  2. From Mojiokoshi3's settings, navigate to "Payment →  Annual Bank Payment" to issue quotations and invoices.
    (Quotations and invoices are issued simultaneously.)
  3. Please confirm the invoice details and transfer the billed amount to the specified account.
    * Invoice issuance is only available when the display language is Japanese.
    * Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer.

  • Basic Plan: 1,000 JPY × 12 months = 12,000 JPY
    Annual Audio: 48 hours
    Image Count: 6,000 images
  • Value Plan: 2,000 JPY × 12 months = 24,000 JPY
    Annual Audio: 120 hours
    Image Count: 14,400 images
  • Premium Plan: 30,000 JPY × 12 months = 360,000 JPY
    Annual Audio: 240 hours
    Image Count: 36,000 images

Mojiokoshi3 Payment Methods and Receipts

Username as Recipient Name

Your username will be the recipient name on the invoice.

If you have registered an incorrect username:

  • Click "Change Username"
  • Enter your desired username
  • Click "Register"

You can change your username this way.

Since a quotation is issued simultaneously with the invoice, it's very easy to download even if you need a quotation for internal approval processes.

Bank Account Details

The designated bank for transfers is Sumishin SBI Net Bank.

Other bank accounts are currently being prepared.

With the branch name and account number provided, you can transfer from other banks. Of course, transfers between Sumishin SBI Net Bank accounts are also easy.

Please note that bank accounts other than Sumishin SBI Net Bank are currently under preparation.

Plan Activation Timing

After confirming the transfer, the plan will generally be activated within 24 hours.
If the username and the remitter's name differ, we cannot confirm the payment. Please notify us via inquiry.

* If you are in a hurry, we can activate the plan even before payment is confirmed if you inform us of the approximate payment date.
In such cases, please issue the invoice and then contact us via inquiry.

What is Status?

Status indicates the payment status after an invoice has been issued.

  • Pending Payment: Invoice has been issued, but payment has not yet been made.
  • Unpaid: Payment due date has been informed, plan is activated, but payment has not yet been received.
  • Paid: Payment has been confirmed, and the plan is active.

Once the status becomes Paid, you can download the receipt.

After the plan is activated, you can download the receipt from the Invoice Issuance History.

If You Accidentally Create an Invoice

Since invoices can be created with just one click, you might accidentally create one.

In such cases, please make sure to delete the invoice.

Please note that users cannot delete invoices themselves.
