How to Renew Your Mozishisan Annual Plan: Guide & Tips

Please note that annual contracts for Mojiokoshi-san are not automatically renewed.
If you wish to renew your contract, you will need to complete the renewal process yourself.
This guide will explain how to renew your annual contract and what happens if you choose not to renew.
How to Renew Your Mojiokoshi-san Annual Contract
- Log in to Mojiokoshi-san.
- From Mojiokoshi-san's settings, issue a quote and invoice under "Payments → Annual Bank Payment."
The quote and invoice will be issued simultaneously. You cannot renew your contract without issuing an invoice. - Contact Mojiokoshi-san via inquiry to inform them of your desired start date for usage.
If payment is received without notification of the desired start date, the one-year plan will be applied on the day payment is confirmed. - Please review the invoice details and transfer the requested amount to the specified account.
* Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
* If your desired start date is after the payment date, please notify us by email at least 3 business days in advance. We may not be able to process requests if contact and payment are not made in the correct order.
(Example) Payment on March 20th → Desired start date is April 1st
Please notify us by email 3 business days before March 20th.
We may not be able to process requests if notified on March 20th itself.

* Normally, the plan starts after payment is confirmed, but by providing your scheduled payment date, you may be able to start using the service before the payment is processed.
Important Notes for Mojiokoshi-san Annual Contracts
- Typically, the plan will be activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
- If the username and the bank transfer name differ, the plan will not be activated unless you contact us.
- There are no special discounts for annual payments.
- Refunds for mid-term cancellations are not possible.
- Plan changes during the contract period are not possible.
- Quotes and invoices for which no payment or contact has been made for over 3 months will be considered expired and deleted.
- Bank transfers are not subject to automatic renewal.
If you wish to continue using the service in subsequent years, please re-issue an invoice and make a payment.
In this case, the plan will also be activated within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Please note that this is not a renewal on the expiration date.
If you wish to renew on the expiration date or a specific desired date, please contact us in advance via inquiry.

- Basic Plan: 1000 yen × 12 months = 12,000 yen
Annual Audio: 288 hours
Image Count: 6,000 images - Value Plan: 2000 yen × 12 months = 24,000 yen
Annual Audio: 720 hours
Image Count: 14,400 images - Premium Plan: 30,000 yen × 12 months = 36,000 yen
Annual Audio: 1,440 hours

About Mojiokoshi-san Payment Methods and Receipts
Username as Recipient Name
Your username will be the recipient name on the invoice.
If you have registered an incorrect username:
- Click "Change Username"
- Enter your desired username
- Click "Register"
to change your username.
You can easily download it.
An estimate is issued simultaneously with the invoice, so you can easily download it even if you need an estimate for internal approval processes.
If you accidentally create multiple invoices
Creating an invoice is as simple as clicking a button.
Because of this, you might accidentally create unnecessary invoices.
Customers cannot delete or cancel invoices themselves.
If you accidentally create multiple invoices, please contact us via inquiry to request deletion.
Estimates and invoices for which no payment or contact has been received for more than 3 months will be deleted as expired.
If payment is made when multiple invoices exist
If payment is made when multiple invoices exist and no invoice number is specified, the invoice for the corresponding plan with the latest date will be activated.
Bank Account Details
Our designated bank for transfers is Sumishin SBI Net Bank.
Other bank accounts are currently being prepared.
Since we provide the branch name and account number, transfers can be made from other banks. Of course, transfers between Sumishin SBI Net Bank accounts are also easy.
Please note that bank accounts other than Sumishin SBI Net Bank are currently being prepared.
Plan Activation Timing
After payment confirmation, the plan will generally be activated within 24 hours.
If the username and the remitter's name differ, we cannot confirm payment. Please be sure to notify us via inquiry.
※ If you are in a hurry, we can activate the plan even before payment is received if you inform us of the approximate payment date.
In such cases, please issue an invoice and then contact us via inquiry.
Please note that if payment is not confirmed within 7 days of the informed payment date, your account plan will be suspended.
What is "Status"?
Status indicates the payment situation after an invoice has been issued.
- Awaiting Payment: The invoice has been issued, but payment has not yet been made.
- Unpaid: The expected payment date has been communicated, and the plan is activated, but payment has not yet been received.
- Paid: Payment has been confirmed, and the plan is active.
Once the status changes to Paid, you can download your receipt.
After your plan is activated, you can download your receipt from the Invoice History.
If You Don't Renew Your Annual Subscription
What happens to your Mojiokoshi-san account and created audio if you don't renew your annual subscription?
Account
When your subscription expires, it will automatically revert to the free plan (10 minutes/day).
Deletion of Created Data
When you switch to the free plan, your history and data will be automatically deleted 30 days after the upload date.
Once deleted, the data is also removed from the server. Please note that data, once deleted, cannot be recovered.
If you wish to delete immediately, please use the delete function or batch delete function.
