The operation of Mojiokoshi-san, previously run as a sole proprietorship "comomo," has been reorganized.

As of August 30th, we have established a new company, "San Inc."

We deeply appreciate your warm support, which has made this possible.

Moving forward, as the most user-friendly transcription service connecting AI, people, and things,

we will continue to give back to our users by providing various feature updates to make the service even more convenient,

and by enhancing security to ensure safe and secure usage.

We are committed to redoubling our efforts to meet your expectations.

We humbly ask for your continued support and patronage.

Notice of Price Revision

With the incorporation, we will now be collecting a 10% consumption tax on usage fees, which was not previously charged.

Consequently, for Mojiokoshi-san's paid plan usage and monthly fees from the effective date onwards,
your recurring PayPal payment amount will be adjusted to reflect the 10% tax rate, and you will be billed accordingly.

Please note that changing the recurring payment amount will not result in an immediate withdrawal.

Due to PayPal's settings, the withdrawal date may occur slightly before or after the effective date.

If a withdrawal is made at the 10% consumption tax rate before September 14th, the difference will be refunded.

We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this revision of our service fees.

Revised Pricing Details

For new contracts and on the next contract renewal date after the revision date, the following new prices will apply:

• Basic Plan/month: ¥1100 (tax included) (¥1000 excluding tax)
• Value Plan/month: ¥2200 (tax included) (¥2000 excluding tax)
• Premium Plan/month: ¥3300 (tax included) (¥3000 excluding tax)

If you are currently subscribed to a monthly paid plan, by switching to an "Annual Contract" before the revision date,

you can effectively continue using the service at the same price when converted to a monthly rate.

(Payment will be for one full year. Annual contracts are not recurring subscriptions.)
