We would like to inform you that we will be revising our pricing plans starting Friday, November 1, 2024.

We are committed to continuously improving our services to better meet your needs and appreciate your understanding in this matter.

【Affected Users】

All users who use Mojiokoshi-san for free
Current subscribers to paid plans
New subscribers to paid plans

【Pricing Plan Change Date】

Friday, November 1, 2024

【Changes】

1. Increased free trial time
2. Significantly increased available transcription minutes for all paid plans
3. Changes to data retention period

1. Increased Free Trial Time

The free trial transcription time will be extended from 1 minute to 3 minutes.

2. Significantly Increased Available Transcription Minutes for All Paid Plans

The available transcription time will increase by 5 to 6 times compared to previous plans.

There will be no change in pricing.

【Before Revision】

• Basic Plan: 4 hours
• Value Plan: 10 hours
• Premium Plan: 20 hours

【After Revision】

• Basic Plan: 24 hours
• Value Plan: 60 hours
• Premium Plan: 120 hours

3. Changes to Data Retention Period

The data retention period for paid members will change.

Paid Members: Until the member deletes the history themselves → 3 years

Members can delete their data at any time.

For instructions on how to delete data, please refer to the article: "How to Use Mojiokoshi-san's Delete and Bulk Delete Functions, and Important Notes."

【Before Revision】

Audio and transcribed text data will be stored on our server from the upload date for:
Non-members: 1 day
Free members: 30 days
Paid members: Until the member deletes the history themselves
and then deleted.

【After Revision】

Audio and transcribed text data will be stored on our server from the upload date for:
Non-members: 1 day
Free members: 30 days
Paid members: 3 years
and then deleted.

Measures for Current Subscribers

If you contact us via inquiry, we will take the following actions.

【Monthly Plans】

For payments made one month prior to the revision date (October 1st - October 31st), the difference in hours will be added.

Applicable Period: November 1st - November 30th

Example: Contracted on October 1st (Next renewal date: November 1st)

• Basic Plan: 4 hours → 20 hours added
• Value Plan: 10 hours → 50 hours added
• Premium Plan: 20 hours → 80 hours added

【Annual Plans】

Starting from the revision date, the difference in hours will be added based on a pro-rata calculation (rounded to the nearest whole number).

Applicable Period: November 1, 2024 - November 30, 2025

Example 1: Contracted on February 5, 2024 (Next renewal date: February 5, 2025)

Calculated as remaining 2 months

• Basic Plan: 2 × 24 hours added
• Value Plan: 2 × 60 hours added
• Premium Plan: 2 × 120 hours added

Example 2: Contracted on October 20, 2024 (Next renewal date: October 20, 2025)

Calculated as remaining 11 months

• Basic Plan: 11 × 24 hours added
• Value Plan: 11 × 60 hours added
• Premium Plan:: 11 × 120 hours will be granted
