Uploaded data is stored on Mr. Transcription's servers.

How long it is stored depends on your membership plan:

• Non-members: 1 day
• Free members: 30 days
• Paid members: until the member deletes their history themselves

Data is kept for the period shown above.

The servers used for storage run on Google Cloud.

Free and paid members can also use the delete function to remove data from the server via their history.

The AI engine that performs the transcription is designed to "keep no logs." This means that your images, audio, video, and text cannot be viewed from the AI engine side.

Can Only I Access My Account?

We use Google reCAPTCHA to automatically distinguish between humans and bots attempting unauthorized access.
