Payments made via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer through PayPal are automatically renewing subscriptions.
You cannot cancel only the automatic renewal. If you do not wish to continue, please proceed with the cancellation process.
Even if you only want to use it once, please proceed with the cancellation process.

※※Important Notes on Cancellation※※
- If you cancel your paid plan, you will become a free member.
- If you cancel your paid plan, Mr. Transcription will not charge you for future usage fees.
- After canceling your paid plan, you can continue to use the remaining transcription time/pages purchased with the paid plan until the next renewal date.
- Transcription history created while on a paid plan will be automatically deleted after 30 days once you become a free member.
- Deleted history cannot be restored.

Mr. Transcription allows you to easily delete your past transcribed data using the "Delete" function. This article introduces how to use the delete and bulk delete functions and important notes.
If you wish to cancel your Mr. Transcription paid plan, you can do so by following the steps below from the settings screen.
How to Cancel Your Mr. Transcription Paid Plan
1. Access the Settings Page

2. Click "Cancel"
3. To cancel your subscription, please enter your reason for cancellation and click "Submit".
Once you click submit, the cancellation will be complete.

What happens when you cancel Mr. Transcription?
After cancellation,
Plan: 〇〇 (Canceled)
will be displayed. 〇〇 will show the name of the plan you were subscribed to.
Rest assured, the cancellation is complete, and there will be no further withdrawals.
Even after cancellation, your current transcription time and page count will be maintained until the next renewal date.
On the next renewal date, your transcription allowance will revert to the free plan's limits (10 minutes/day, 10 pages/day).
After canceling your paid plan, you will be able to proceed with withdrawing from Mr. Transcription.
You can still withdraw and delete your account even if you have remaining transcription time or pages, but you will not be able to use the remaining transcription time or pages.
You cannot reactivate your account after withdrawal.
