I paid by credit card, can I get a receipt?
Mr. Transcription uses the secure and safe Stripe payment service for credit card and debit card payments.
This article explains how to obtain a receipt when you make a payment through Stripe.
Mr. Transcription: How to Get a Receipt
If you need a receipt, the following will serve as your receipt:
- Receipt email
- Mr. Transcription's Statement of Use / Receipt
will serve as your receipt.
Receipt Email
Once your purchase with Mr. Transcription is complete, a receipt email like the one above will be sent to your registered email address.

Additionally, Stripe will send you an email from which you can download both an invoice and a receipt. The downloaded receipt will look like this:
The information such as the recipient's name and address on this receipt will reflect the details provided at the time of payment.
Due to the specifications of the Stripe payment service, you cannot download an invoice or receipt with updated information even if you change the details later.
If you change the recipient's name or address, invoices and receipts with the updated information will be available for download from your next payment onwards.
The Qualified Invoice Issuer Registration Number (for Japan's Invoice System) appears in the red box area of the image above on invoices and receipts downloaded from Stripe's email.

This is dependent on Stripe's settings and cannot be changed.
If you prefer to have "Registration Number" explicitly stated, please log in to Ondoku and download it from the Card Statement / Receipt.
