Changing your credit or debit card is very simple.

1. Access Settings

Log in to Mr. Transcription and navigate to the "Settings" menu.

2. Click "Change Card Information"

On the "Settings" page, find the "Payment & Usage" section and click "Change Card Information" within it.

3. Add or Update Payment Method

Click "..." and set as "Default" from the menu

On the screen that appears, enter the required information to add a payment method, and then set the newly added card as default.

Please delete any unnecessary card information.

If you do not set it as default, the card change will not be completed.

Remember to set it as default.

This completes the process of changing your credit or debit card.

Your new card information will be registered as the default payment method and used for future payments.

How to Change the Recipient Name on Invoices and Receipts from Stripe

Once your purchase on Mr. Transcription is complete, a receipt email like the one below will be sent to your specified email address.

The recipient name, address, and other details on this receipt reflect the information provided at the time of payment.

Due to the specifications of the payment service "Stripe," you cannot download an invoice or receipt with updated information even if you change the details later.

For your next payment, you will be able to download an invoice/receipt with the updated information reflected.

To change the recipient name on invoices and receipts from Stripe, follow these simple steps:

1. Access Settings

Log in to Mr. Transcription and navigate to the "Settings" menu.

2. Click "Change Card"

On the "Settings" page, locate the "Payment & Usage" section and click on "Change Card" within it.

3. Update Information

On the displayed screen, you can change the recipient name that appears on invoices and receipts by modifying the "Name" in the billing information.

Enter the information you wish to change and save it.

To change the email recipient for Stripe notifications, follow these similar steps:
